My absolute favorite under eye concealer is Maybelline’s Instant Age Rewind Eraser. I don’t have many holy grail make-up products but this is definitely one of them. That’s why I was disappointed when I realized I had purchased a defective product.
Usually when the tube of this product is twisted, the concealer is pushed down into the tube and comes out through the applicator. Instead of being pushed down into the tube and out the applicator, the concealer was going back up into the tube. Not much was coming out of the applicator.
I’ve never contacted customer service about a product before but decided to contact Maybelline just to see what would happen. I emailed them through the “Contact Us” link on their website and explained my problem. They emailed me back the next day asking for more information and I received reimbursement for the product in just a week. They are awesome and I will continue to purchase their products!
I had already purchased a new concealer before I submitted my complaint so I used my reimbursement coupon to try out a new blush instead.
