Hello! Hope you’ve had a great Monday! I am pretty tired from kicking off National School Breakfast Week at work. I see a bubble bath in my near future Someone else is already knocked out for the night:
Here are my weekly Monday Eats…
I was in a rush trying to get out of the door by 6am this morning, so I grabbed a banana for the car. I also had a cup of coffee sweetened with creamer & stevia.
Around 10am, I had a handful of almonds. I keep a bag of them in my desk at work.
I ate school lunch today: Asian chicken over brown rice, garden salad and steamed mixed vegetables.
I was planning on eating a pear as an afternoon snack but I ended up falling asleep when I got home and didn’t wake up until 7. Woops!
I didn’t have a plan for dinner but I ended up scrounging around in the kitchen and cooking a rotini casserole. It included ground beef, squash, and onion. I also had a glass of milk.
