Today is the perfect time for a fresh start if you’re needing to re-evaluate some things in your life. Nutrition. Exercise. Stress. Relationships. Whatever.
These are some things I’d like to work on this spring…
Things I’m looking forward to this spring:
– Starting PT next week
– Going back to work
– (Hopefully) finding my way back to cycling
– Shorts
– Flip flops
– Bright nail polish
– Virginia friends
– Weddings
– Hiking
– The whitewater center

Happy spring! You’ve got a great list of goals. I can’t wait for flip flops either.
I pretty much live in my Rainbow flip flops until October/November. I had to replace them last year because they were so worn out!
Those are all great goals! I’m looking forward to sandals, shorts, and getting to walk around in the sun on campus :)

Yesssss to pretty much all of these!!! I cant wait for spring, we are getting a little more snow today but hopefully warmer temps next week… I’m counting the minutes for sunshine :)

I’m very excited that it’s the first day of spring, but not so excited that it’s snowing here today! I am SO ready for flip flop weather:)
Oh my gosh, I cannot believe it’s snowing where you are! I’m sorry. That would be devastating to me. I need warm weather ASAP. It isn’t snowing here but it has been cold and rainy. Looking forward to it warming up.
These are all great goals and probably something every single person could work on!
I was just thinking as I wrote them down that they are probably things I could work on all the time! Especially less electronics. I think I am always on my phone or ipad and I need to have some technology-free time and enjoy the fresh air!
Spring goals- very smart! I am with you on the less diet soda. I eat a very healthy, plant-based diet, but I just realllllyyyy love diet Pepsi. I don’t think I want to completely give it up (life is short), but I do need to drastically cut down!
I am a Diet Dr. Pepper lover!
I definitely need to work on the less electronics thing!! It’s so nice to be detached from all of the extra distractions, especially when I am with those I love :)
I’m thinking about getting a time each evening, like 7pm, where I put away my electronics for the rest of the night. I could sit on my laptop all night and not pay attention to anything else if I let myself.
Hi Sam! Spring is a fresh start! I love it! I’m definitely looking forward to the warmer weather I’m getting now that I live outside of the city. That means bright nails, sandals, sundresses and all of that good stuff. I also hope to have some time at the pool very soon too, which I could never do living in downtown SF! I’m glad you’re going to start PT soon! I’m hoping for good things for you! Have a great weekend! :)

Great list of goals for spring. I’m keeping myself dedicated to Jamie Eason’s 12 week fit trainer program. I’m also really looking forward to our vacation back home to the States in May. Should be a lovely time.

I love your goals! I am excited for flip flop weather and more outdoor workouts! Living in Montana, the winters can get very long! So sunshine sounds pretty amazing :)
Oh wow, I don’t know if I could handle winters in Montana. Winters are mild here and I still feel like it’s too cold :) I’m also looking forward to outdoor workouts. Being outside is so much better!
