Last night, I was hanging out on my porch and thinking about how awesome it is that it’s summer. Fall is my favorite season but there’s something about the long days and sunshine of summer that can’t be beat.
The change of seasons is a great time to renew health and fitness goals. Here are some things I’ve been thinking of this summer:
– Drinking enough water <—so important in the summer, esp when spending time out side
– Continuing with consistent strength training since I’m limited with cardio right now
– Buying as much produce as possible from the farmer’s market
