Guys! It’s almost here.
I’m soooooo excited to share this with you:
The Grapefruit & Granola podcast is officially launching on January 2, 2018.
I love that I went back to my roots and called the podcast Grapefruit & Granola. This was at the suggestion of my branding company (who did my logo) and it made perfect sense.
The podcast includes practical and realistic wellness and nutrition advice for the working woman. I really shied away from using the word “working” and had been saying “busy” women because I didn’t want to alienate anyone. But really my passion is helping working women like myself, and I’m happy that my branding company helped me narrow down my niche to provide the best information possible for you.
We all face the same struggles with eating well, fitting in exercise and living healthy lives while managing work. I can’t wait to dive in and help ladies find the healthiest version of themselves.
Woo!!! So excited for 2018.

- Intuitive movement (aka exercise that you don’t hate)
- Why you should increase protein at breakfast and how to do that
Those are just some but I have 2 months worth of episodes ready to go. My plan is to publish a new episode each Tuesday. I’ll be launching with a few at once, though.
