I hope you’re having a very happy 2018 so far. I’ve been hosting a nutrition & wellness planning party this week and it has been AWESOME! I have loved chatting with ladies about how to set realistic goals for this year. A few tips if you’re not in the planning party:
- You don’t need to set a New Year’s Resolution to lose weight. Focus on taking care of yourself and feeling your best, and your weight will fall where it’s meant to be
- Set super simple goals in 2018. Overhauling everything at once can be overwhelming and hard to maintain
- Don’t get caught up in all of the things you *shouldn’t* be doing. Focus on positives and adding healthy habits.
