Side note: I updated my website with my branding company’s recommendations for font and I pretty much can’t stand this current font. It’s so small! I’m working with my website person to get it changed ASAP. Sorry about that!

I’ve contacted the winner of the survey $20 gc giveaway privately (I only have her mail, not her name, so I didn’t want to post it here). So fun to be able to connect and hear from everyone. I heard ya and I’m definitely making plans based off of your feedback :)
My favorite part of the survey was reading comments from people who said they have been reading for years. Obviously I’m not a huge blogger or anything so it was definitely fun to see that there are some people who have been reading since the very beginning. It means a lot to me, so thank you!

–> Most of you are working women: Yay! That is definitely the direction I’m going with my blog and biz so I was happy to see that.
–> Posting frequency: most of you didn’t care how often I posted as long as it was consistent. Many of you would also like more than 1 post per week.

What to Expect in 2018
My goal for 2018 is that my blog will provide inspiration to busy working women who are are trying to fit it all in and still make their health and wellness a priority. Here’s my plan for right now for what you can expect in 2018:
Tuesdays: I will be posting podcast show notes each Tuesday here on the blog. A few long-time readers let me know that you prefer to read things rather than listen to them, and I completely get it! The show notes will hit the main points of the podcast episode so that anyone in the same boat can still read along. (FYI the show notes will not be full dictations)
Thursdays or Fridays: Beginning next week, I am going to be adding a 2nd post this year, either on Thursday or Friday. These will be a mixture of daily life, meal prep, wellness, hair/makeup/beauty, recipes and whatever else is going on! I tried to consistently post “Friday Chats” each Friday in 2017, but I’m thinking now it may be better to posts on Thursdays instead. We’ll see how it goes- so if you don’t see a post on Thursday then it’s coming on Friday!
1st of the month: I get a lot of requests from dietitians or RD2Be’s to continue to post about building a business. I love that my experiences may help someone else. I will be posting on the 1st of the month about an RD/Business specific topic. It will not show up on my main blog page but it will show up on my G&G Dietitian page (and RSS feed / bloglovin and also in my header slider).
